Hear all about the Learn to Lift Masterclass in the TLP #2 Podcast
Learn To Lift Masterclass Courses are run in a small group (women only) over three 1-hour sessions or as a half-day course at the fully private LIFTED studio (TN14 7EQ).
These master classes are for women who don't know how to lift weights and want to learn more. You won't feel awkward or out of place as everyone is in the same boat.
We are in a private space with no one else watching on, so we can make fools of ourselves as much as we want and have fun with it!
All ages (over 16), shapes, sizes and fitness levels are welcome. You don't have to look a certain way to lift weights - EVERYONE should be doing it. You don't have to have a certain level of fitness either - we find the right starting point for you and you learn how to build up from there.
This course is a mixture of theory and practical. You will learn the basic strength training principles, how to lift weights using the correct form and techniques, and put an effective strength training workout together without the ongoing expense of personal training.
At the end of the course you will take away a home dumbbell training programme & log book and will also have the opportunity to join weekly LIFTED Strength Training Classes if you so wish (limited availability).
