Women are becoming more aware of the importance of lifting weights for longevity, but many don't have the knowledge and/or confidence to implement strength training into their day-to-day lives.

I bridge this gap by offering friendly and supportive coaching that helps midlife+ women understand the concepts of strength training, and to build strength, nourish their bodies with the right nutrition, and cultivate mental well-being.
