I have a holistic approach to personal training (If you're looking for a Bootcamp-style Drill Sergeant I'm not the right trainer for you!). I meet every individual where they are at, and meet both your physical and emotional needs during training
How it works:
We begin with an evaluation of your fitness level, health history, life circumstances, goals and physical limitations, and then I create an exercise programme designed specifically for your objectives
I will guide you through the programme, teaching exercise form and techniques for injury prevention and maximal results
I will encourage you and keep you accountable, which helps you to stay consistent with your workouts. I track all of your progress, celebrate your wins, and adjust programmes as needed to keep you on track
You will receive education on fitness principles, nutrition basics, and the importance of recovery, which will help you adopt a sustainable healthy lifestyle
Each 1:1 coaching relationship is unique, so the approach is tailored to each individual.

Monthly Direct Debit contracts are typically based on training 47-weeks of the year to allow for annual leave
Example: 1x [£45 session per week] x [47 weeks] divided by [12 months] = £176 per month
