For the strength training element you will have access to an On Demand workout library to choose your length and style of session, which enables you to fit training around a busy life
For the nutrition tracking element I recommend using an app like NutraCheck
I include nutrition tracking in the programme as there is no strict meal plan for you to follow (you will have the LIFTED 3x3 menu for guidance and inspiration, but you essentially can eat the foods that suit you and your life). Nutrition tracking gives you a much better understanding around the nutritional values of the different foods you eat. It also encourages you to be more mindful about what you consume so it is a really helpful tool to utilise when you have specific goals
You will join the WhatsApp group where we will check-in with, encourage and support each other
There are no specific 'meet' times at all - you will fit everything around you, safe in the knowledge that the rest of the group are there and doing the same!
